... About Us - How it all began O.o ... Misumi: Well... It all started when I got addicted to anime... I didn't really know a lot except for the few animes shown in TV at night... so I decided to ask people about other cool anime... Hanako: Okay... I got addicted to anime about the same time Misumi did... We were sort of "researching" about anime; kinda like a project or something. Hanako: I helped during this process but only recently have I become a moderator, (*glare*).
Misumi: Ah... ok.... *slowly inches away from Hanako* well... we called it the Anime Area group cuz..... well, I dunno why.... maybe because I couldn't think of any rad name at that time... *shrugs* Anyway... we went to find people who would like to talk about different animes...
Hanako: We just asked a few of our friends to join... Soon enough, more people started joining. Later on, we decided to make a website. Misumi: And though I'm not a computer genius (and neither is Hanako... =_=), we still tried making this website enjoyable to everyone ^_^
Hanako: Yeah sure, the first site we made was dead though. So much for being happy...
Misumi: But anyway... We thought that since this was too big of a task for just two of us...
Hanako: Yeah... managing the group and the site at the same time... Misumi: We decided to ask some people from our group to be Moderators and help us... Hanako: Yeah! And now, we have two new people helping us out! Eldawen-san and Hikari-san! Misumi: So now we've got people helping out with the AOM and the group! ^_^ If anyone else is willing to join us... then by all means - join our mailing group and let's talk! ^_^ |
